Every article on this website answers a question that patients in Cape Town commonly ask about dental care. Each one is researched from named, authoritative sources, such as the South African Dental Association, the NHS, the American Dental Association and the International Association of Dental Traumatology. Where an article describes how a South African medical aid treats a type of treatment, that information is taken from the scheme’s own published pages, not estimated. Nothing in an article is invented, and where sources give different figures, both are shown, with both sources named.

Each article is prepared by the team that manages this website on Dr Davies’s behalf, with the help of AI drafting tools, working from the named sources shown on that article.
